Many aspiring memoirists and nonfiction writers feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. Maybe they're stuck halfway through. You’re not alone and you’re not doing anything wrong. Writing about your life is emotional. It's complex.
These intimate, interactive workshops are designed to help you understand your story, reconnect with your purpose, and move forward with clarity. You won’t learn grammar rules or technical craft. You’ll learn how to think like a storyteller - just with a little more direction. It is designed for small groups so that everyone gets a chance to ask questions.

You’ve started writing - a few chapters, a handful of scenes, maybe a random collection of moments - but now you’re stuck. Something isn’t clicking, the story feels weird, or you’re unsure what belongs. You’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong.
This is a moment every writer hits.
This session is an intimate and interactive developmental workshop designed to help you understand what you’ve actually written, why you’re stuck, and how to move forward with clarity and confidence. It is designed for small groups so that everyone gets a chance to ask questions.
Together, we’ll address the stuckness you’re facing, reconnect you with the core of your story, and examine one chapter or scene through a gentle, supportive lens - no grammar, no line edits, no pressure.
GENERAL INFORMATION
What you need to participate in these sessions:
- Your electronic device of choice and the most comfortable seat in your house.
- An open mind.
- Something to write with (pen/paper or word processing software).
- Maybe snacks.
- Oh, and $59.
All sessions are non-refundable.
They are meant for educational and developmental purposes only. Workshops and related materials are delivered in English, however facilitator is bilingual. Participants may ask questions in French or in English. Translations will occur accordingly to support integrity of session.
